Why is my CV not appearing in the search results?


As soon as you register your details should be searchable by our employers as you are required to complete the essential fields as part of the registration process.


However, if you have deleted any of this information from you profile you may not show in the results. Also, some users may have registered before we collected this information at registration. If either of these scenarios apply to you, then complete the information as detailed below.


We recommend ensuring that you have completed your contact information including your address, at least one contact telephone number and your email address.


Also, make sure that the Published/Unpublished button on the top right of the Manage Profile page reads "CV Published (Your CV can be searched)" and is orange in colour.


If it is white and reads "CV Unpublished (Your CV cannot be searched)" then you will need to click it to publish your CV.


Also, consider how you are searching for your CV. What criteria or filters are you using when searching. It maybe you have forgotten to add information to your CV.
