Help, I'm getting an error message!

 

First of all we are sorry you are having problems with the site.

 

So that we can help you as quickly as possible please send an email to support@cvtogether.co.uk with as much of the following information as possible. Don't worry if you can't answer all the questions.

 

1. Copy and paste the error message into the email.

2. Let us know what you were trying to do when you got the error message.

3. Give us the URL of the page you were on when the error occured. You can copy and paste this from the address bar in your browser.

4. If possible take a screenshot of the error.

5. Let us know which browser and version you are using.

6. Let us know your username (if applicable).

 

On receipt of your email we will aim to respond to you within 1 working day (Mon to Fri).
