I haven't received my activation email. How can I activate my account?

 

You should receive your activation email almost immediatley after completing the registration form. Sometimes, however, depending on your email set up and who your email is hosted with, there can be a small delay.

 

Before contacting support we recommend waiting at least 15 mins and making sure that your email client has done a send/receive operation.

 

If you still have not received it then check any spam folders you have set up in case the activation email has ended up in one of those.

 

If you still can't find it please email support@cvtogether.co.uk from the email address you registered with, quoting your username and we will manually activate the account for you.
